This will allow international students who have been allotted their degree to reside in the UK and work or look for employment, at any skill level, it will apply to those who have successfully graduated from an undergraduate or master\u2019s degree or have completed a Ph.D. Successful applicants will have permission to stay and work in the UK at any skill level for a maximum period of two years. Ph.D. graduates will be able to stay for three years. This route will be available to international students who graduate in the summer of 2021 and who meet the necessary criteria.
\nWhilst the route does not direct towards settlement, those individuals on the route will be able to move into another work-based route, for example, the skilled worker route-which does lead to settlement- after they fulfill the obligations. Those who apply from outside of the UK will be rejected and refused entry to the UK and could lose their entitlement to apply for the Graduate route as a whole. A valid student visa at the time of your application and successful completion of a degree at undergraduate level or above at a compliant Higher Education Provider will be required.
